In 2020, a dedicated and passionate Pilates instructor, Natalie, set out to turn her passion into her dream business.

Studio Alia is an intimate Pilates studio based in Port Melbourne, created to inspire movement, connection, and challenge in a welcoming space.

With that in mind, the branding needed to feel modern, meaningful, and approachable. After exploring a few directions, we landed on a type-based logo with subtle, complementary elements. A small glyph, drawn from the crossbar of the letter "A", nods to the structure of a reformer bed, while a secondary palm leaf graphic brings a soft, calming energy to the brand.

The feminine brand is offset by the architecture of the studio itself, with concrete and wooden finishes tying it all together.
